Perfect Practice Tactical LLC is Veteran owned and operated by USCCA certified instructor #2725814 Daryl (Rhail) Phipps.

Rhail is an Army/NG veteran 19Kilo, father of one and stepdad to two all amazing daughters, along with a house full of four legged friends.

 The class room portions of PPT's firearms training sessions are typically held in Rhail's home at 104 Kiel Rd Milford Pa in a comfortable setting where we can work at YOUR pace. Exceptions to this are Family Home Defense classes which are brought to your home, and Office Classes brought to your business or church depending on the curriculum.

LIVE FIRE portions of training are located on a Privately owned outdoor range in Milford, where we can work at your pace without competing with a clock or other shooters
